ABOUT

I thrive where complexity meets human need

I am a creative, curious, and collaborative Product and Service Designer with experience leading design initiatives for complex, enterprise-level digital solutions. I combine strong user research expertise, strategic thinking, and refined visual design to deliver impactful products in complex environments.

I've spent my careers figuring out how to make complicated things feel simple. At the State Department, that means turning a tangle of 25+ platforms and 60+ applications into tools that people around the world actually want to use. Before that, I helped corporate and government clients rethink how their workspaces and technology work together.

The thread through all of it: I sit between the people building the technology and the people using it, and I make sure both sides are heard. I lead research, shape product strategy, and design interfaces, but the work I'm proudest of is usually the alignment I create between teams that weren't talking to each other before.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography and personal art projects, a creative practice that keeps me looking closely at composition, light, and how things are arranged in space.
